This week we have concentrated on Bonfire Night, using our physical skills to make super colourful pictures, we used lots of descriptive words, “zoom, whizz and bang”. The children were very knowledgeable when discussing how to be safe around fireworks and bonfires. The children also used moon sand to make marks to represent fireworks and shapes.

We have also learnt a wow word! “Nocturnal!” Looking at what animals sleep in the day and which animals come out at night.

We made the most of our outdoor time , working together with the parachute, to think about proposition, under on in our , to enhance our mathematical language.🪂

To get ready for Remembrance Sunday, we spoke about remembrance Sunday while making our own special poppy pictures.
